My original email showed an arrival of 2:15 to 2;30. Then the next email said 2:30. I needed to be somewhere at 2 decided to go late. At 3:15 I left a message I would be gone for a bit and asked if they would wait. It turned out Tammy was by herself and did wait and i got home at 3;45. We had to leave again at 5:45 so I asked if she could do the master bath first so we could get ready to leave. She did an excellent job on the bathroom. Tammy always does an excellent job. She’s the best and so glad we have her do our cleaning.
We are generally very pleased & grateful for the service provided. However, have had two months in a row where dining room table was not dusted or only partially dusted. It was immediately noticeable. Just a little issue, but felt we needed to share. Thank you.
