Excellent work on Friday. Malik and Jersey listened to our concerns. They did an excellent job of cleaning and would love to have them again.
We are so appreciative of how clean my house looks and the communication is so smooth.
When I learned to clean, I was taught to work my way around the room right to left. In the bedroom, several surfaces were not dusted. In the bathroom, my husband uses powder and there were several areas on the floor that still showed the powder. In our kitchen, using our hardwood floor cleaner, I suggested to them that they get back and look to see if they had cleaned all the areas. When they left, there were still several spots left on the floor. Also when they left, they never said "good bye"; they were just suddenly gone.... read more
