i hate feeling judged by smallminded workers that dont understand people who are different the management needs to retrain the people to be more polite and professional instead of being judgemental like a kid can you please investigate this issue?
I've been at Clean Slate for about five years now. They have changed employees a few times but everyone who has ever worked there was beyond great. Most of the employees are in recovery themselves so they really understand. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My appointments never last more than ten minutes and they get me back really quickly. If you are considering MAT Treatment I highly recommend Clean Slate to help with your recovery.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to speak up about my experience. I was a patient in a program for people in recovery and was assigned to this provider Jennifer Gross. From the very beginning, I felt dismissed and unheard. Anytime I brought up concerns whether about my health or my personal life they were brushed off as if they didn’t matter. Clean Slate is a great tool to have in your box! Everyone from reception to nurse and ultimately the Dr and therapist are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and understanding. Any questions you may have, they will be helpful and help you get resolved. Staff, the atmosphere all wonderful. 💯 Plus 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐😊
