I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to speak up about my experience. I was a patient in a program for people in recovery and was assigned to this provider Jennifer Gross. From the very beginning, I felt dismissed and unheard. Anytime I brought up concerns whether about my health or my personal life they were brushed off as if they didn’t matter. The whole entire staff is amazing, very helpful (will go above and beyond), respectful, caring, and actually understand and are educated on what they’re doing, been to places where they had had no business trying to help those that were there! So this staff is so very appreciated!
Clean Slate is a very friendly and layed back atmosphere, the secretary is super. The Nurse is so awesome, very friendly, and I have seen 2 different Dr.s they both are extremely nice , they also offer a care coordinator, she is so knowledgeable about your insurance she helps you find what ever Doctor you may need, she is full of information, helps you also find rides with medibus and meditaxi I want to thank you all you saved my life, you are super sweet and so understanding, Much Respect, thank u all again.
