Working with their staff had been a very pleasant experience. They were all incredibly kind, and loving individuals. . .that being said, working with their system is a complete nightmare. It is almost as if the whole program is built in hopes you fail. Patients like myself are stuck inside of 5+ years, never moving forward in terror of the first initial shock, and then when you actively express your intent to discharge, they text you repeatedly the following week wondering where you've been.
