My girlfriend currently goes here, and they have helped her tremendously. We are so grateful for the staff, nurses, and for her beautiful therapist, Angie. Thank you for never judging her and always wanting the best for what she’s doing in life. This has been a huge change from where she was going before. These people at this clinic, actually care about their patients and you’re in and out in 15 minutes. They don’t make you wait around in a queue and have to wait hours just to get your medicine. I’ve been a patient at this location for many years now. Clean Slate has seen me through many trials and tribulations. If you have an addictive personality like I do and want to get a handle on it and your life, schedule an appointment. You won’t be disappointed if you follow through with the instructions the provider gives. I had to remove a star because they don’t have enough locations and I have to drive like an hour and a half to reach the closest center.

I am so lucky to have found this place. From the women at the front desk, the nurses, Dr. Tucker, and my counselor, Angie, I couldnt be more lucky to have them caring me. Even while experiencing some side effects from a med, the Dr was available to speak to immediately over the phone. Theyre always helpful and want us to succeed. Couldn't recommend this place more. They all deserve raises.

I am so grateful for Clean Slate! I really needed to find a new Suboxone clinic and they got me an appointment immediately, two days after I called to become a patient. Staff is super friendly, Velma Is wonderful and she has helped me tremendously and talking with her is so easy. You don’t feel judged whatsoever and you can tell that they actually care about you. I'm cash pay. Pay everytime I come in and have some lady harassing me saying I owe money. I pay every appointment. Always chasing money its gross.......
