I am so lucky to have found this place. From the women at the front desk, the nurses, Dr. Tucker, and my counselor, Angie, I couldnt be more lucky to have them caring me. Even while experiencing some side effects from a med, the Dr was available to speak to immediately over the phone. Theyre always helpful and want us to succeed. Couldn't recommend this place more. They all deserve raises.
I am so grateful for Clean Slate! I really needed to find a new Suboxone clinic and they got me an appointment immediately, two days after I called to become a patient. Staff is super friendly, Velma Is wonderful and she has helped me tremendously and talking with her is so easy. You don’t feel judged whatsoever and you can tell that they actually care about you. I'm cash pay. Pay everytime I come in and have some lady harassing me saying I owe money. I pay every appointment. Always chasing money its gross.......
I first went there for my initial appointment and after I told them my whole life story and that I used alcohol occasionally I was told that they could help me. Then after that appointment I did a virtual meeting followed up by another appointment a couple of months later when my prescription from the previous place I was going to had expired. I was required to leave a urine sample at this appointment and then after talking to the nurse practitioner she told me that alcohol was not tolerated at all. She only gave me 1 weeks ... read more
Everything has been great, my doc listens and makes it easy to talk to and go through the process! But it seems that there blood tests and urine tests are not always correct! My husband had his blood drawn there and they told him he has hepatitis C, which is BS, we had his blood drawn again but at Sonora Quest and they said he’s 100% hepatitis C free , there’s no way he could have it!
