Clean Slate coil mass is very good. The doctor is very good and so are the counselors.
The staff here is overwhelmingly gracious and understanding of how life can be challenging for all of us and we are only human. I agree about the growth of the staff and their ability to work with each other collaboratively for the clients best interest and a pride that has dissipated in place of compassion. Been coming to the Holyoke office for over 6 years! Amazing receptionists as well as astounding providers... Even when they need to reprimand you, you know it's for your well being... They don't want to see any of their patients get hurt for not following directions.. There's one particular person I see here alot (Nicole)and she's absolutely amazing!!! She's been patient, kind and understanding... They now have me seeing a counselor which I asked for... the counselor , she had been counseling for 23 years or more.. Only met ... read more
