I have been to other clinics before for my MAT medication and Clean Slate is the best. The staff is friendly and professional and the office is clean and nice looking. I’m happy that Clean Slate was available when I needed it.

As far as the environment goes nice and clean always smells good great guy that works there always on point he really cares and is very concerned with all patients. Even though it can take some time to be seen the counselor is awesome she provides a great deal of knowledge from her speech to her wonderful posters. To all clients celebrate because you are on a journey like no other. Easy to get in as well so don't be afraid take a stand and make a difference
The 1st day I went there.They were all a great team.Worked very fast with me being a newcomer, for a new beginning they are great wonderful pplz here at this new beginning of life
