My house was short of a total loss due to a fire. State Farm recommended CRBR so we used them. It took 23 months before we could move in and 4 years before everything was done. The cheapest subcontractors were used. As I walk through the house I am reminded of poor quality. We were not honestly updated on the true cost of change orders. A CRBR supervisor told us the amount of out of pocket expense we owed, after we paid that amount and after that supervisor left CRBR, we were told we owed an additional $30k.
