Had them coming over to clean my couch. They put so much perfumed solution on my couch that even after a month, it still sticks! The smell makes me dizzy, probably toxic. I contacted the owner multiple times, and he kept asking me to wait. Eventually he offered to come back to fix the problem, but then he offered dates that I am not home, when I tried to reach out to him again over the past week, he stopped responding...
I have two dogs and have always struggled to get my family room rug truly clean. Aris not only understood the challenge but made my rug look brand new! The communication and service were outstanding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services!
Exceptionally bad customer service.
Excellent service! They did an amazing job cleaning my mattress. They were professional and incredibly thorough. My mattress looks and smells fresh, and the entire process was easy. They came over the weekend as soon as I called. I highly recommend them for anyone needing quality cleaning services!
Aris was very professional and understanding, he picked up the phone when I called on thanksgiving day while everyone else was closed, he helped us the following day, the service was excellent and our carpet is looking clean like new again! Totally recommend this company!
