I had my carpet cleaned and house sanitized. They did a really great job! My carpet isn’t old, but had gotten pretty dirty from people coming in and out for renovations in my home. My carpet looks brand new again! I am very satisfied!
I hired this company back in August to clean my mom’s carpets as a birthday gift to her. The machine they used stained her carpets pink and left large brown dirt spots all over. When we brought it to their attention, they argued and tried to get out of fixing the issues they caused. They ended up coming back out 4 additional times to fix the mistakes they made...when I asked for a refund, the owner swore at me and refused to compensate us for the wasted time and hassle. Extremely unprofessional.
