I called for a one-time deep clean to put my house on the market. One toilet room was not cleaned, two ceiling fans, the floor of the pantry, etc. the house was dusty from sitting empty, so the areas were obvious.
I always do my research before using a service, and I don't know why I didn't before hiring Trendy. The negative reviews are accurate to my situation and a lot of my friends / family have heard negative things about this company. I contacted the owner after my cleaning to let her know that items were broken and good items thrown away. At the time, she said she'd talk to the cleaner and when she did get back to me, asked how she could make it better. I just asked her to go through the trash and wash my belongings. Will no longer use this cleaning service. Service has declined last 3 months. Cleaners not showing up on time or at all, sloppy work. Today, after being at my house for 6.5 hours, I asked lady to leave without finishing bc it was taking far too long and she was nowhere near finishing. Owner did not offer to refund me a portion of the cost or send someone out tomorrow to finish.
Savanah and Angela did an amazing job and were very professional and thorough! They worked for almost 12 hours straight and I couldn't be happier!
