He forgot they scheduled an appt with me and after several calls I made waiting for them they finally called back talking abt I didn't call to confirm the appt. Since when does the customer to that. After giving turn by turn directions to my home and agreeing to time and date on the phone for said appt I believe that is enough confirmation. I already have my home prepared to get clean. I'm really pissed off. Highly unprofessional.
