I used this service for nearly 8 years. It was OK, had some breakage which they honored but when my husband and I had to start working nights in the last year they couldn't accomodate our schedule which was fine. But when we did restart our service and I had a problem, I was insulted, told that some of the issues I had let go of were no longer in the contract, told that I wasn't paying enough though they had never approached me to raise rates that I would have understood and accused me of over charging for items they had broken which I did not and when I told her I would certainly vioce my dissatisfaction, I was told that I could go ahead and spread my "slander". Not very consumer oriented.
