If I could give even less I would! Horrible experience and my coat looks even worse than when I dropped it off. A young man tried to give me someone else's coat and insisted I just didn't remember what mine looked like. Spent lots of money for a terrible product!
I took a silk shirt that I absolutely loved and paid too much money for that accidentally got washed and dried to The Cleaning Company. Everyone else had told me that it was ruined and they wouldn’t touch it. Not only did they take it like it was no big deal they brought it back to its original shape,size and shine!!! I have no clue how but they did. Great people and great service!!
