Better prepare their personnel with better customer comprehension protocol, order engagement, and a more diligent process to avoid costly mistakes and better serve the public. Always great service. Love the drop off and pick up the next day service and the fact that the ladies at the Old Bullard location learn who you are pretty quick. It couldn't be better I don't think!
Two items had to be returned due to not being clean. Not ink or wine or anything tough to remove, either. Westwood shopping center location wouldn't answer me when I asked her face what charge would be--twice. When I picked up, I figured out why: they are highest in town. Switched to another cleaner that is more reasonable, gets it right first time, and bot to proud to answer a question.
Everything!! From cleaning Area Rugs, comforters, hand iron bed sheets , wedding gown restoration and preservation, drape cleaning, leather Jacket cleaning and color restoration, any household cleaning and many other items that we clean . Come see us, you will be very happy and pleased!!!
Worst experience, I carried an area rug in and was told 2 to 3 weeks. Stopped by and was told it had been raining. called at 5 weeks told it was drying, called at 6 weeks told it was being detailed. At 8 weeks told it was ready.Picked rug up and it still is not clean and smells. Point-- should have taken it to someone who really does this type work or cares about the work they do.
