they had clean my carpet . The pet stains and odors are gone. My carpet looks great! He also cleaned my suede recliner which looks almost new again. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

5/5 stars. Out of three stores, they were the only business that had inventory of their carpet. That was a huge selling point. On top of that, the technician was great to work with and very knowledgeable.
I reached out to higher standards for vent cleaning, and to be honest, the entire process was really quick and easy. They came out and gave me an estimate and also talked me through their entire process. I was able to schedule without difficulty, and the day of the cleaning was super quick and easy as well! Very professional and sweet. They also took the time to thoroughly clean up after themselves and quote me for carpet cleaning. I would definitely recommend higher standards to anyone looking for vent/carpet cleaning!
