It is always great having a clean, fresh home after every visit by the Cleaning Authority crew. Wouldn't have it any other way!!
Terrible experience! My wife called and they were about a week out. Come the day and time they did not show. So she called and said they had to move the time. Well, OK, thanks for letting us know, but ok. Before that time came they called again saying they needed to move it again, well by that time, it would have been beyond what we scheduled our babysitter for. My wife said that would not work. I felt that simply canceling my bi-weekly cleaning services would be enough however, I feel that as a person who looks at reviews before hiring a company it feels only right to review this company for future potential users. What began as a bi-weekly 2 1/2 hour (after initial cleaning), above average cleaning of my home quickly became a 1 1/2 hour process of sweeping and wiping down counters.
