We have nothing but great things to say about clean first. This is our second time using this company and would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises. Considering they deal with very messy aspects of home demolition and water damage , they are very neat and tidy in all that they do . Great customer service! Michael was professional, knowledgable, friendly and quick to respond. He took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions, giving us peace of mind which is priceless, especially when it involves something as serious as mold. Highly recommend.
We are a small cleaning company located in the DMV area, someone in my team was contacted by this person “robin haminy” he was told to call the office to schedule a walkthrough cleaning, we never got a call, our system does not show new clients or new calls, this person has continued to call us bad names, and leave bad reviews on your company, he has reported our listings and decided to block us, this is what you will get if you decide to work with them, nothing but unprofessional experiences and rudeness.
A sincere thank you to Michael who over phone and text helped me assess my mold situation. After sending him photos, he did a wonderful job explaining why this was (likely) not a catastrophic situation, and if/when I have another mold concern he will be my first call and a strong recommendation to anyone who asks.
