We called and gave this service a weeks notice of needing bi-weekly service. We were told they would be at our house after 12 noon. No one showed up because we needed to be at the house for this service we lost a whole day. We called at least 6 times throughout the day and no returned our call. Very unprofessional no return calls , I’m hoping to save others the trouble. We asked for standard move-out cleaning after 6 months in apartment. 2 bed, 2 bath, 750 sq feet, family of 3, not a students (Professor of Medicine, research scientist and our daughter) apartment in very good condition, just didn't want to lose few hours of our time because we were quite busy moving to new house we just bought.
