Absolute scammer, used to be mission impossible cleaning which ripped me off, and many others. Did my bond clean in 2019, it was terrible and Pamela lied and lied and lied about returning to fix it. Save yourself the trouble, pay a cleaner approved by your real estate, she's blacklisted for a reason! She'll also no doubt reply to this saying "we don't have you own our records", which she does to every bad review.
Pam was not only rude but failed to not only provide the service she was supppsed to but gave no communication when called after failing to show up! Would not recommend anyone use this business.
The most awful professional exchange of my life. Would not recommend.
I had the most horrendous experience with this company. Apart from not being on time and failing to attend multiple times, they did not finish the bond clean. I paid for a bond clean and they did not return to clean the things the real estate requested and as a result I had to paid another company.
Very polite and helpful and did a great job.
