Steve always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are completely satisfied with the look of their carpets. He has so much experience that no job is too complicated for him. He’s always been there when I needed him the most. I would never trust anyone else.

Steve has been very knowledgeable in helping with our wool rugs and carpet. He has gone above and beyond to communicate solutions to try myself as well as making house calls on short notice to address pesky stains on new carpet. He's an expert, there's no doubt about that. Highly recommend!
