Great quality service on dry cleaning, tailor and shoe repair. I used cts and I have been pleased with the high level of customer service and quality work. I recommend cts.
Incompetent and terrible customer service – I brought a coat in to have the sleeves shortened. They marked the sleeve at the length I wanted the sleeves, but instead they cut them at that point rather than allowing for a hem. The sleeves were 1 1/2 inches too short. When I got it home and realized what they had done I also noticed that they actually moved the buttons farther up hoping I wouldn't notice. One sleeve was also cut shorter than the other.
