4" of material at the bottom of my pants past my foot, the woman helping me had no ability to convey a message and repeadily told me that there was not enough material to make a cuff.
This is my all-time favorite dry cleaners. I have been using them for over 10 years and never had a problem. I drive 9 miles now, but it's worth it!!!
