My large wool rug had been rolled up for months because it looked tired and dusty. After getting it cleaned, I couldn’t believe how alive it looked again. The reds and blues in the design stand out, and the fibers are soft instead of stiff. I’m planning to have the rest of my rugs cleaned before winter officially starts.

Pickup was quick, they handled everything carefully, and within days the rug was back. The stains I thought were permanent are completely gone. The whole room feels different now because the rug looks fresh and bright. Delivery was on time and just as professional.
