This was my first time using a professional service for rug cleaning, and it went smoother than I expected. They picked up my woven rug, explained everything briefly, and returned it within the timeframe they promised. It’s noticeably cleaner now, especially the lighter areas that used to look dull.

This service was way easier than I expected. No mess in the house, no equipment dragged through rooms. They picked the rug up, did the cleaning elsewhere, and brought it back in great shape. The difference was noticeable but still natural. It didn’t look overdone, just clean and well cared for. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want to risk damaging their rug.

I requested their service after noticing dull patches and light staining on my Turkish wool rug and my colorful Moroccan flatweave. The pickup was smooth, and they took the time to write down all details before taking the rugs to their factory. They sent progress updates, which I didn’t expect, including a short clip from the washing stage. My large wool rug had been rolled up for months because it looked tired and dusty. After getting it cleaned, I couldn’t believe how alive it looked again. The reds and blues in the design stand out, and the fibers are soft instead of stiff. I’m planning to have the rest of my rugs cleaned before winter officially starts.
