Overextended, unreliable, careless. NOT RECOMMENDING! We met with the owner, Kelly, for a walk through about cleaning twice monthly. We really had some specific needs (bathrooms, floors, etc.) versus wanting overall cleaning. Kelly took notes and said she would relay that information to her local help, Heather, who would likely actually be doing the work.
