I am a local merchant and called Cleanaire to offer my services and after uttering just ten words the person who answered the phone hung up without saying a word. I call hundreds of local businesses weekly and about one in five hundred are as rude as this individual was. I hope he isnt as rude or unprofessional to his customers as he was to me.
