July 2024 Unforutnately, we have bery horific experience with this company. You can see more reviews of people in our case on Better Business Bureau website (https://www.bbb.org). Clean425 cleaned our roof in June 2023. Since they didn't follow the correct steps in protecting our plants around our house (from front to back), our plants were exposed to their solution and died. 3 year package for Christmas lights and lighting quality has gone downhill each year. After 3 service calls that started in October, perhaps we will have all our lights installed and lit by Dec 5. ☹️ We are still missing 2 large lighted wreaths, 2 bows not lit, 1 missing bow as well as light strands cutting out and mismatched in colors. On the “bright” side, the installation crew were always polite and hardworking.
