They do not know what they are doing, but try to rip you off. The business owner claims his expertise in chemicals, but, in fact, knows zero. For the peace of your mind, avoid them by all means, and look else where.

We had a laundry leak which caused a wet bedroom carpet with mold. We received help from this company a week ago and the gentleman did a great job with a high performance machine combined with safe chemical product. We are very satisfied with his service and definitely will call him again if there are any services required in the future.

I rented 30years old apartment with that many layers of stains on the entire carpet. JK was so dedicated to remove the stains that other cleaning companies has failed to do so. He has completely removed all the stains and the carpet looks brand new! He was very kind and friendly. Anyone who is struggling to get super old stains off of their carpet JK is the one!!

How do you even charge people for rinsing the carpet with water with a 20year old looking machine? Normally carpet cleaners use multiple equipments, but..... I am just so dissapointed... stay away
