If you’re looking to treat yourself or someone special, this spot is a great choice for a solo self-care day. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for couples treatments, as they seem to have limited staff on hand. The door remains locked for safety, which I actually appreciated; it didn’t bother me at all. While I did feel the services were a bit overpriced for what was offered, I went in wanting to feel good, and they delivered on that.
I had an ok experience, but there are definitely some things that could be improved. I arrived for my 60 minute facial appointment, which was scheduled for 11:00, and I got there 10 minutes early, but the door was locked with a sign saying they’d reopen at 11:30. This concerned me that there was a booking mistake and I debated if I should leave or come back at 11:30. Then, at exactly 11, the door was unlocked, and I was greeted. Fantastic Products—just no real consistency with store hours. I went by four times and all times the door was locked for various reasons. For customers who love and want to support this small business by purchasing your products. It’s a real bummer.
