I love this business from my experiences in Atlanta, but I won’t go back to this particular franchise. I love getting my face oils refilled when I’m in town (I live one hour away), but twice now, I’ve gone during their open hours and the door is locked and no one is there. This was my first time getting a facial done and I had a great experience. My estheticians name was Mia and she did a great job at making me feel comfortable and explaining each of the steps. I booked through the Mindbody app and everything was pretty straightforward in making this relaxing experience smooth from booking to appointment. Great first experience and I will definitely be back and recommending to others! *If it is your first facial they have discount codes! *

I’ve now emailed the owners twice per the instructions of the in-store staff, who told me cancellations cannot be handled in person—and I have yet to receive any response. On top of the lack of communication, since starting services here I’ve experienced breakouts, which is not normal for me and a major reason I’m trying to cancel. My experience was horrible, they did more damage than helping. They did not squeeze the black head out, they use some kind of machine gun that did not help at all. It actually made it worse, my face was swallowed and my pore's got more infected than before I came in. I do not recommend at all. I spent 95 dollars and it was not worth it.
