I’ve now emailed the owners twice per the instructions of the in-store staff, who told me cancellations cannot be handled in person—and I have yet to receive any response. On top of the lack of communication, since starting services here I’ve experienced breakouts, which is not normal for me and a major reason I’m trying to cancel. My experience was horrible, they did more damage than helping. They did not squeeze the black head out, they use some kind of machine gun that did not help at all. It actually made it worse, my face was swallowed and my pore's got more infected than before I came in. I do not recommend at all. I spent 95 dollars and it was not worth it.
Never open during posted hours
If you’re looking to treat yourself or someone special, this spot is a great choice for a solo self-care day. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for couples treatments, as they seem to have limited staff on hand. The door remains locked for safety, which I actually appreciated; it didn’t bother me at all. While I did feel the services were a bit overpriced for what was offered, I went in wanting to feel good, and they delivered on that.
I had an ok experience, but there are definitely some things that could be improved. I arrived for my 60 minute facial appointment, which was scheduled for 11:00, and I got there 10 minutes early, but the door was locked with a sign saying they’d reopen at 11:30. This concerned me that there was a booking mistake and I debated if I should leave or come back at 11:30. Then, at exactly 11, the door was unlocked, and I was greeted.
