I recently visited the Clean Your Dirty Face location in Hinsdale/Westmont, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I was expecting a high-end facial service, but the setup was far from what I imagined. The space was just an open area with three beds that weren’t reclined or comfortable, which made the whole process feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. I paid $80 for the Virgin Bundle facial and it was a complete waste of money. It was rushed, sloppy, and done in just 25 minutes. There was nothing detailed or thorough about it — honestly felt like something was done on my face. Extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

Just had an amazing facial at this location! Mani took the time to ask about my skincare routine and any concerns I had. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and my skin looked noticeably refreshed right after. Thank you!

Have never had a bad experience! I found Clean Your Dirty Face when I was looking for a facial prior to my wedding last year. After that experience I bought a few facials during a sale which then turned into the monthly facial package. I look forward to my facials with Gianna at the Lincoln Park location, she’s fantastic!
