Have never had a bad experience! I found Clean Your Dirty Face when I was looking for a facial prior to my wedding last year. After that experience I bought a few facials during a sale which then turned into the monthly facial package. I look forward to my facials with Gianna at the Lincoln Park location, she’s fantastic!
I'm not the biggest fan of facials bc I always felt like they just wet my face and charged me money but THIS place did so much great stuff with my skin that it actually felt cleaner and I saw and felt a difference. I'll def be back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had such a great experience at the Lincoln Park Clean Your Dirty Face location thanks to the amazing front desk staff! I had originally booked my appointment at the Wicker Park location but accidentally went to Lincoln Park instead. The front desk worker was incredibly helpful, kind, and completely non-judgmental about the mix-up. They went above and beyond to help me sort everything out and even assisted with rebooking my appointment at the correct location.
