Dirty broken chair.
I booked and paid for an appoiment. When I arrived at the location there was nobody, the store was closed, phone can’t be reached, there was no communication whatsoever. Waited 20 minutes and writing this review.

If you’re looking for a quick facial go to Evelyn in West Loop. Evelyn is very gentle and thoughtful and I always feel taken care of, without feeling rushed. This was my third visit and I’ve also had great experiences with Julian and Lisa at the front. Everyone has been so kind and really mindful of my pregnancy, making sure I’m comfortable and using safe products. I’ll definitely be back.
