Multiple times I have called and left polite voicemails for Tracy to contact me about sending a tech and she does not respond. Have been waiting for 5 days to get a hold of anyone for a tech to come out and fix our system.
We've had nothing but problems with this company. We haven't had water for FIVE weeks and they keep shining us on. Waiting for tests, waiting for parts, waiting for a new system. I've been waiting for a call back but they can't even be bothered with that.
I’ve got a dairy farm and years ago I bought a Kinetico system from when the Lynden location was under local ownership. It was later sold to A multi location company and has gone down hill ever since. They go through help as often as one would change their underwear. Sam came out, fixed our issue, was awesome to work with, and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend
I've had issues with my water and holding tank since I had them replace my RO system. They also added a uv light and ozone. Since they installed, I have had horrible algae issues. Never had issues before, only after they installed my new RO. When I called to bring the issue up I was immediately told that because I did not have a system flush, it was not their problem.
