I’ve got a dairy farm and years ago I bought a Kinetico system from when the Lynden location was under local ownership. Sam came out, fixed our issue, was awesome to work with, and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend
I've had issues with my water and holding tank since I had them replace my RO system. They also added a uv light and ozone. Since they installed, I have had horrible algae issues. Never had issues before, only after they installed my new RO. When I called to bring the issue up I was immediately told that because I did not have a system flush, it was not their problem. A full system flush was never brought up at any point during the quote and install, only after I came to them with this issue. It's been years now, still fight... read more

Kevin, the service technician, corrected most of the problems with the RO. However, repeated requests for a copy of his report on the work, the various water measurements, etc., has gone unanswered.
