I'm so pleased with their service, and after meeting Ted, I felt very confident about his honesty and skills.This is a big deal for me, because as a single woman, I worry that someone can just inflate costs by exaggerating the work that's needed. Ted was patient and very thorough about answering a variety of questions I had. Their rates are also very reasonable. I'd highly recommend their services, and will absolutely call on them again if future work is required.
CleanWaterMan(Ted Mullen) has provided me his excellent service for over 12 years and I've been completely happy with his exceptional knowledge and perfect workmanship. I recommended him to a friend and her family has appreciated his wonderful system for clean water for 5 years. Will be moving next month and am looking forward to his service in my new location. I can't say enough good about this man and his company if you value safe, clean water.
Ted has done work for me quite often over the last 15 years and his work has always been exemplary with great attention to detail. In addition he is reasonably priced and exceptionally honest. He doesn't try to sell me things I don't need which I greatly appreciate. And he explains things to me in terminology that I understand. I refer people to him as often as I can as I can't say enough good about his service.
Ted Mullen is the best. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had what seemed to be unsolvable water issues until we hired Ted. With his knowledge, testing, diligence, he was able to solve the problem. He saved us from drilling a new well.
My dealings with Ted have shown him to be extremely knowledgeable and precise in his work. His dedication to problem solving goes well beyond whatever job he is contracted to complete. His wife and office manager, Maria, is delightful to deal with and equally dedicated to doing whatever it takes to satisfy a customer. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for all water treatment needs.
Highly recommend Ted for all your water needs. All of my extended family also use him for their homes. We have used him to fix a radon water system that has given us problems since we installed it from another company and a RO system as well as issues with our well tank. Much better alternative to the larger shady water companies...honest, reliable, professional service and the job gets done right!
