I would give their service more stars, but they were an hour late and had to rush through the house so they could get to their next appointment. At the end, the house was left with many areas untouched. Even areas that have been cleaned, they missed many spots. This was not a detailed cleaning at all. It was a rushed job. Also, they accidentally took my floor cleaner. I contacted them and they admitted to taking it. They were supposed to return it the following week, but it has been over a month and I still haven't gotten it... read more
