David loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Outstanding job on our marble hallway.
Will be hiring David in a few weeks to come clean the tile in our home. Really nice gentleman. Explained everything in detail and gave us a sample cleaning. ALL THIS IS WHAT GOT HIM THE JOB! We'll be ready in a few weeks to get the job done.

Customer Service was GREAT! I was expecting my floors to look better than they actually look. They look the same as before. It doesn't look clean. My floors look the same as before and it cost me $200. I'm very unhappy with my floors.

It is unfortunate that the customer did not contact me directly rather than leaving this note that s/he is dissatisfied. I would have appreciated an opportunity to correct the problem. Since these ratings are anonymous, I don't have any way of contacting this customer and seeing what I can do.
