I made a booking online and waited over an hour for anyone to contact me on the date of my appointment. No response from the number listed here when I tried to call, no contact information on the site / no contact number with my order, and when I put in an email to "support" I was told they'd call the maids and get back to me asap. Over half an hour later I tried calling the number from the support email and was repeatedly told it was the "wrong number" and they just hung up on me immediately.
