I made a booking online and waited over an hour for anyone to contact me on the date of my appointment. No response from the number listed here when I tried to call, no contact information on the site / no contact number with my order, and when I put in an email to "support" I was told they'd call the maids and get back to me asap. Over half an hour later I tried calling the number from the support email and was repeatedly told it was the "wrong number" and they just hung up on me immediately. I’ve been using them for 3 month for monthly cleaning for a 3b2.5b house. They have been doing a great job cleaning the house with reasonable price. What I like the most is the convenience of the online booking system and discounts for recurring service.
