Dismissive owner who constantly blames dogs instead of addressing his lack of maintenance. He makes excuses, avoids accountability, and even brags about servicing over 4,500 homes as justification for poor service. Very disappointing experience and we were forced to use them by our property managers as tenants. Had to hire a separate company to come fix all their lack of maintenance issues.
