Susie and the whole team were fantastic, on time, thorough and great personalities to boot. I got into a pinch on another matter and they saved the day!
I spoke to the owner the morning they were scheduled to come. She told me a guy's name that would be at my home and said she would call me back to let me know what time he would arrive. She never called me back. He never showed up. All my calls went to voice mail, and she did not even give me the courtesy of letting me know they were not coming.
Very throrough and detail oriented. Were very flexible to meet my needs. Would use again.
