Wow. Very rude! My friend called to ask a few question and was on speaker phone. He was so rude! Let me save you the hassle. Go somewhere else! Rude rude rude rude rude! He don't need the jobs that could come his way.
So I called to ask some questions and ask about installation of a pellet burner. Omg no wonder his business is only open few hours a day Dont waste your time even calling this guy. He was soooo beyond rude!!!! Take your business elsewhere. No place for a rude business owner. Plenty more helpful contractors can do it. What a tool!
I called to see if they could service my fireplace because sometimes the front gas vents don’t light and it puts us in a dangerous position with the gas not being burned. The guy adamantly refused to come look at it because the brand is no longer making them. It probably doesn’t even need parts, it probably just needs cleaned or adjusted. I don’t know how they refused to even look at it when gas occasionally doesn’t light. Seems pretty dangerous to me. He was very rude and stand-offish. Clean Sweep Chimney & Stove did a great job repairing damage to our chimney from years of weathering. They matched the brick better than expected, were very responsive to our concerns, and promptly finished our project. Would definitely recommend!
I called to ask if they had a certain piece in stock and the man who answered was insanely rude. He was unwilling to help and then when I asked if they had a home service to fix my gas fireplace that isn’t working, he said “Absolutely NOT!” I thought he was joking with me because he sounded so rude but I quickly realized he was being serious. I don’t recommend calling this place if you’re looking for friendly help with your fireplace.
