I had a leak in my mechanical room which was easily repaired. However, mold grew in the spaces behind the equipment which necessitated remediation. I called Steve at Clean Sweep, a local Santa Fe company, and received a reasonable estimate in a timely manor. His work crew was professional, careful and paid attention to detail. They removed the offending dry wall and replaced it so that no mold remained and the area was good as new. I would use Clean Sweep again.

Website said they would do radon mitigation in Los Alamos. Took most of a day to get ahold of someone to try to schedule an appointment. When I finally got through, I was flatly told they wouldn't do work in Los Alamos, despite what the website claimed, because they were too busy sweeping chimneys in SF. They've since updated the website to reflect their small range of service, but I was definitely disappointed by the website's claims. This is the second time I've had the chimney swept since I have owned the house. The dryer vent also needed cleaning this time. Easy to make an appointment, service was prompt professional, and the house was left clean like they were never there. Good all the way around.

I needed two fireplaces inspected for a renovation project on a 75-year-old house. Paul from Clean Sweep prearranged his schedule to accommodate mine by coming to the house on a Saturday. He and his workers arrived promptly, and had all the equipment required to perform the inspection. They were extremely clean, laying down a tarp so that soot/debris did not fall on the floor.
