Our carpets have never been cleaner! Scheduling our appointment was so easy, and we were given clear instructions on how to prepare and what to expect. Karlee arrived on time, was professional, and did a fantastic job. I couldn't believe how quick she was. I will happily be scheduling our next cleaning here again.
Service was great, and i was so happy to use a women owned company i chose it for that reason. However, pricing was not very clear and I had to ask several times and it was still not accurate. So I eneded up paying more than budgeted on the actual day. I still feel it was worth the price- just would like clearer pricing. Will hire again for the rest of my home when I can.
Getting our carpets cleaned was a very easy process and a wonderful experience. It was easy to set up an appointment and pertinent information was given during that first call. When the day came to get the carpets cleaned, a text message was sent letting us know they were on their way (as promised). They arrived shortly thereafter and began the process of cleaning the carpets.
