The cleaner was very pleasant during her visit. However, after reviewing the cleaning more closely, I was disappointed with the level of attention to detail. Several stainless-steel appliances, including the dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator, still had visible residue such as food marks and pet drool. (They were not even cleaned) The bathroom walls were not completely cleaned as discussed on the phone which was an additional $50.00 dollars and the ceiling was not even touched. We have been using Clean Squad for almost a year now. Abby always does an extraordinary cleaning job. Had surgery recently and she has adjusted her cleaning areas around to make my recovery a little more convenient for me. They have always been prompt on arriving per their notified time. They are very easy to work with.
