We called to get our ducts cleaned and they had a last minute cancellation and were able to get them done next day. The technician, Jeff, came through and explained everything they were going to do and the break down of the costs. The pricing was fair I thought and they price things individually so someone with a smaller house isn’t paying as much, therefore the price can be variable. WOW! We put new carpeting in when we moved in 5 years ago and needed them cleaned. I reached out to Jackie at Clean Solutions and asked for a quote. She provided a card with their simple pricing structure, and asked how many rooms we had. Jeff and his helper showed up, counted the rooms and steps with us and reviewed the process. I had clean solutions come out to clean my dryer vent. They were very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. They explained the process and what they look for while cleaning. I have to say they did a great job and I was happy with the service. I would definitely use them again for other services.
