Ever since we had the solar in 2021, Art Balaoro always came through for us with solutions to any problems we encountered. He was the main reason that we went with Clean Solar after I had talked to him. Just recently we had problem with our inverter showing no production. Within minutes of my email, Art had emailed Michele of service and support team. The problem was resolved. I highly recommend Art and Clean Solar!
We worked with Clean Solar on an 8 kW solar and battery project. From initial design to final permitting and operations, everything went really well, even when we were thrown permitting curveballs and had to change the design a bit. I heard proposals from 5 different solar companies and decided to go with Clean Solar. I was impressed with their attention to detail and that they actually provided me with panel options. Their price was extremely fair and they got a 22-panel + battery install done within a couple of days with no hassle. Bill was great with the technical estimates and the debrief and I am extremely happy with the system they put in.
We interview 6 companies and chose Clean Solar because they were willing to install critter guard and extra outlets w/o using a third party. Glad we did. Installers were very professional & they returned to fix some minor issues w/o fuss. Got a call from Charlie a couple of weeks afterwards.
