The stain never came out which I'm okay with that but the smell is even worse than before!!
The company did not perform to the basic of any standards. And refused to refund any money when called out. I would highly recommend to never use this company. They will deflect and put blame on on you. Please please listen to my warning and never use this company.

Where do I begin? Very responsive owner, came all the way from Austin to clean my bed in San Marcos. Very friendly, very professional! Now for the outcome, AMAZING!!! I had cat and dog urine on my matress, haven't slept on them for weeks, these guys not only got the smell out made my mattresses look Brand new. And I have had different companies come out CHARGE me almost a $100+ more than Clean Sleep and never made a difference. I HIGHLY recommend clean sleep Austin!! 10 out of 5 stars!!
I always appreciate when I find a company that is honest and straightforward about their services, and this company is one of them. They came to assess my matress that had been soiled by a moving company. The technician was honest in recommending the moving company buy me a new matress cover rather than getting it cleaned.
