Having the worse experience with getting information about my title for my vehicle that was totaled. They Mae m pay off my car instead of my insurance and still haven’t received anything about my title. The Title clerk don’t respond to emails or voicemails, they can’t provide details if the title was ever submitted or when was it submitted and when you call they want to catch and attitude and get more madder then you.
