Solid work on kitchen faucets and drain by Calvin. Great friendly demeanor, very professional. He answered questions clearly and explained processes thoroughly. Came back to double check work at no extra charge. Summer, in the business office, was prompt, courteous and detail minded. Good work, good support, fair price, would use this company again.
I will never use these people again. I was remodeling our bathroom and required a plumber to replace the old plumbing in our shower that was being replaced. The plumber arrived unprepared, and unknowledgable of the hardware he was hired to install (Hansgrohe Shower Valve - iBox). This isn't that uncommon and I found it very frustrating that I knew more about it than he did. On numerous occasions I had to correct what he was doing and show him how the valve worked. Went to Wahiawa office to see about getting service... went to outer island office not knowing exact location... the two girls working that office were very kind and reassuring and actually stopped what they were doing to send me down a few doors to the Oahu Office and dispatch... again the girl at this counter was very kind and had a girl from Oahu dispatch help me... after taking my address and information advised me that a technician would contact me within an hour... less than an hour later I got a phone call that a tech... read more
TERRIBLE. LOW BALL ESTIMATE, DID NOT DISCLOSE THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE FOR: 1. "EQUIPMENT USE" 2. $100.00 PER HOUR....
