My experience was outstanding. My car never looks so good but 2007 Honda Odyssey as old as it is got done. It looks like the showroom knew the shine was just wonderful. I went through the "quick lane" for an interior cleaning hoping to get just a good vacuum and a good wipe down on everything. It was everything but "quick". I got there and waiting at the bay by 1:10-1:15. Two vehicles in front of me to go in. Sat for maybe 8 minutes outside then they waved me in. Kid that greeted was great. Well, short story is, I didn't leave the building until about 2:25-2:30. Always a great experience!
Lazy workers. You wait in line forever while the workers goof off and chit chat. I keep telling my husband to take his business elsewhere. Great idea, but never does a good job for what you pay.
