I had a damp spot in my basement. Nothing major but enough for me to want to get it cleaned up. I texted Shane and asked of Clean Response could help determine the issue. I know him personally so I wanted to make sure before calling that they could help. He said yes and then got a guy out to our house in 30 minutes. Adrian came out after a water line busted and cleaned up everything and sprayed antimicrobial spray and came back and checked on things until the moisture level was low enough. He made sure to keep us well informed and made sure to answer all our questions. He was very professional, respectful, & personable! Would 100% recommend Adrian!

This company came to my building help clean up after a frozen pipe burst. They did a nice job drying stuff out. Their workers kept moving space heaters from a room where a car had come through the building. We kept putting the space heaters back. They kept moving them. We did not catch when they moved them once and another pipe burst in the room that was supposed to have a space heater. They came out and billed me another $10,000 to deal with the second pipe which was caused from their negligence. I will NEVER use this compa... read more
