Tale of two divisions in the company. First, the mitigation crew was responsive, communicative and timely. They did a good job coming to my house, on a Saturday to start the process and get the water damage cleaned up. I would recommend them again for the mitigation. Second half of the company, the disaster of the company, the rebuild side. Even though I did not end up needing this company services in the end. I wanted to give them a shout out. Adrian Carrillo was awesome with communication when working with me and AllStar roofing when a concern of the possibility of mold found. They gave a clear and reasonable worse case estimate so I was better prepared to do what I needed to. Please give this company a chance if you find your self in a situation of needing their type of work done.

I had a damp spot in my basement. Nothing major but enough for me to want to get it cleaned up. I texted Shane and asked of Clean Response could help determine the issue. I know him personally so I wanted to make sure before calling that they could help. He said yes and then got a guy out to our house in 30 minutes. Didn't have to do that as I wasn't asking for immediate help. But grateful for the quick response.
