Update: News Flash! I am STILL using Clean Residential Services! I have only had positive interactions with both the cleaners and management. Does that mean that there have never been issues? Absolutely not, but they are very few and far between, and when something happens they are quick to resolve it in the most professional way. I am very satisfied with the work they do in my home. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Paid for a 4 hour cleaning. Cameras show “cleaner” leaving in 1. Many places untouched. Pictures sent. So called OPS manager offers nothing to make the situation right. Gave every opportunity to fix the issue. Don’t waste your money.
Excellent job as always. I have been using Clean Residential Services for approximately 3 years. I have never been disappointed with the results. The cleaning staff are well trained and dedicated to their craft.
Debbie and Suzanne are fantastic. They always do a professional cleaning service.
